About the Author
Anna Lekawska is an anthropologist, transformation leader, and writer-researcher with more than eighteen years of experience helping people turn change into a lifelong art. She combines storytelling, research, neuroscience, and lived experience to guide people into reflection.
Her journey began many years ago with a deep love for learning and a belief that there is always a solution. She sees change as a universal force of life, reminding us that nothing lasts forever and that every ending is a new beginning. She believes that change starts when we illuminate the unseen, become aware, and then choose to transform it into something that helps us grow. Guided by intuition and a wide perspective, she simplifies complex environments, teaches through example, and uses language to bring clarity and deeper meaning.
She holds two master’s degrees, one in Anthropology and one in Business Administration, and completed leadership programs at Harvard University and Stanford University.
For many years, she published for Wolters Kluwer in Poland, contributing thought‑provoking articles on neuroscience, lifelong learning, and human effectiveness. In 2017, while managing one of the country’s leading PR agencies, she introduced the concept of “asapoholism” and published her first article on the topic.
After relocating to the United States in 2022, Anna conducted original research on the synergy of the body, mind, and soul - work that became one of the foundations of her debut book, releasing in 2026. She is also the author of workshops exploring neuroplasticity, unlearning, and adaptation in new environments.
Outside her professional life, Anna is a proud mother of a fourteen‑year‑old son. She loves exploring life, enjoys swimming, and horseback riding.
